Couscous with pitten mix
Couscous salad with pips, snow peas, radishes and white cheese cubes.

Chop the onion and finely chop the parsley. Cut the radish into segments.

Put the couscous in a large bowl and mix in the onion and salt.

Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit. Add the grater and juice to the couscous. Pour the water on, stir and let stand for 10 minutes.

Drain the cheese cubes and collect the oil. Add the cheese cubes and 4 tbsp oil from the jar to the couscous.

Cook the sugar snaps for 2 minutes and drain.

Add together with the radish, parsley and pitted mixture to the couscous. Season with salt and pepper. Bon appétit! .
