Pepper couscous with lamb chops


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, lamb chops (a ca. 250 g), olive oil with garlic flavor and chili pepper (bottle of 250 ml), couscous, tomatoes, cucumber, green peppers (a 290 g), lemon and tomato ketchup.

Directions

  1. Wet lamb chops with 2 tbsp olive oil and leave to cover until use.
  2. Prepare couscous according to instructions.
  3. Clean tomatoes and cucumber and cut into cubes.
  4. Cut peppers into rings.
  5. Squeeze out the lemon.
  6. Juice with tomato ketchup and mix remaining oil.
  7. Couscous with tomato, cucumber, peppers and dressing mix.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Cutlets in grill pan or frying pan in 5 min.
  10. From the outside brown and inside rosé containers.
  11. Serve couscous with chops..
