Rice dish with seafood


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, onion, garlic, fresh basil (15 g), olive oil, quick-boiled rice (400 g), Italian (culinary herbs (pot of a 12 g)), fish bouillon tablet, cauliflower broccoli (a 350 g), mixed seafood (frozen and 500 g).

Directions

  1. Peel onion and garlic.
  2. Cut onion in half rings and garlic into slices.
  3. Cut the basil into strips.
  4. Heat 3 tbsp oil in pan.
  5. Season the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
  6. Add rice and 2 tsp Italian culinary herbs and fry for 1 min.
  7. Add 6 tbsp water and crumbled bouillon cube and let it boil.
  8. Boil cauliflower and broccoli in plenty of boiling water with salt to taste in 5-7 min.
  9. Cast off.
  10. Meanwhile, add seafood to rice and let it cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  11. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  12. Mix warm vegetables with residual oil and leftover kitchen herbs.
  13. Divide the rice dish into 4 plates, sprinkle the basil and add vegetables next to it..
