Creamy mushroom pasta dish
Italian pasta with mushrooms, pine nuts and fresh coriander.

Boil the penne in plenty of water with salt according to the instructions on the package al dente.

Chop the onion. Clean the mushrooms with kitchen paper and halve.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion. Add the mushrooms and fry everything for 4-5 minutes.

Squeeze the garlic over the pan and cook for 1 min. Season with salt and pepper and keep the mushrooms warm on low heat.

Roast the pine nuts in a dry pan over low heat. Slice the coriander. Drain the pasta and scoop through the mushrooms.

Spread the pasta over the deep plates and scoop the sour cream on it. Sprinkle the penne with pine nuts and coriander.
