Vegetable soup with tortelloni and chicken
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken fillet in cubes (about 350 g), vegetable mix asparagus / haricot verts / snow peas / broc. (frozen 375 g), ready-to-eat leeks (300 g), garlic, chicken stock, tortelloni with ricotta and spinach (250 g) and grated spicy cheese.

Spread chicken filet with salt and pepper.

Heat the herb butter from the vegetable mix bag in soup pan and sear chicken cubes.

Leeks for about 2 minutes.

Squeeze the garlic on top, crumble bouillon tablets on top and add 1 liter of boiling water.

Bring to the boil and add vegetable mix and tortelloni.

Bring back to the boil and let the soup simmer for 8 minutes, until pasta is cooked.

Soup in four large bowls and serve with grated cheese..
