Lukewarm salad with apple and turkey


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, sweet apples (eg Golden Delicious), yellow peppers, liquid margarine, turkey breast à la minute (about 400 g), mixed iceberg lettuce, rocket salad and fresh honey mustard dressing (100 ml).

Directions

  1. Peel the apples, remove the cores and cut the apple into thin slices.
  2. Clean pepper and cut into cubes.
  3. Heat margarine in frying pan and roast turkey and apple for about 3 minutes on both sides.
  4. Mix lettuce and arugula with dressing and divide into four plates.
  5. Put the turkey and apple on it.
  6. Spread peppers over it..
