Lamb chops with spicy apricot compote
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, lemon, olive oil, onions (coarsely chopped), garlic (pressed), cinnamon powder, paprika powder spicy, apricots (in parts), fresh coriander (a 15 g) and lamb chops.

Clean lemon bulbs and 1 tbsp of zest.

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a thick pan.

Cut coriander into thin strips and create apricot mixture.

Fry lamb chops with remaining garlic, rub in 1 tsp.

Pepper powder, salt and pepper.

Cover the meat with the rest of oil and fry in a hot saucepan or dry frying pan in 5 minutes.

Place 3 lamb chops on four warm plates each and create apricot compote next to it.
