Lamb chops with spicy apricot compote


A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, lemon, olive oil, onions (coarsely chopped), garlic (pressed), cinnamon powder, paprika powder spicy, apricots (in parts), fresh coriander (a 15 g) and lamb chops.

Directions

  1. Clean lemon bulbs and 1 tbsp of zest.
  2. Expressing fruit.
  3. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a thick pan.
  4. Onion 3-4 min.
  5. Gently bake.
  6. Half of garlic with lemon juice and grated rind, cinnamon, 1 tsp.
  7. Of paprika and salt and pepper to taste by onion.
  8. Add a splash of water.
  9. Prepare apricots and heat 10 min.
  10. On low heat, until apricots are soft but do not fall apart.
  11. Cut coriander into thin strips and create apricot mixture.
  12. Let the compote cool down until lukewarm.
  13. Fry lamb chops with remaining garlic, rub in 1 tsp.
  14. Pepper powder, salt and pepper.
  15. Cover the meat with the rest of oil and fry in a hot saucepan or dry frying pan in 5 minutes.
  16. Place 3 lamb chops on four warm plates each and create apricot compote next to it.
  17. Delicious with couscous and rucola salad..
