Pasta salad with egg
Delicious pasta salad with asparagus, egg and smoked meat.
Peel the asparagus all around with a peeler from just below the cup and remove the woody bottom.
Cook the asparagus pan for 5 min. Turn off the heat and let it stand for 10 minutes in the hot water.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta until done. Drain and rinse cold under running water. In the meantime, cook the eggs in 8 min. Hard.
Let the eggs scare, peel them and cut them into pieces.
Mix the mayonnaise with the lemon juice. Then mix the pasta with the mayonnaise.
Drain the asparagus and cut into pieces. Cut the smoked meat into strips. Mix the asparagus, egg tarts, arugula and the smoked meat through the pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
