Penne with provençal cod
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, penne rigate (pasta, bag of 500 g), eggplants, garlic, fresh Provençal herbs (mix 20 g), olive oil, sugo spicy (pasta sauce, 470 ml), cod fillet and black olives without pit .

Prepare Penne according to instructions.

Wash and clean aubergines and cut into cubes.

Garlic peel and chop.

Remove herbs from stalks and finely chop.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Eggplant and garlic gently fry for about 10 minutes.

Add sugo, cod and herbs and gently simmer for about 5 minutes.

Spoil occasionally.

Cut the olives into slices and co-heat for approx.

1 minute.
