Sweet-boiled pork with pineapple
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, white rice (bag 1 kg), (sunflower) oil, skimmed pork slices ((500 g), in strips), onions (coarsely chopped), green peppers (coarsely chopped), Chinese sweet and sour stir-fry sauce (pot 535 g), pineapple pieces (box of 250 g and freezer).

Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the package. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and stir-fry the meat in about 5 minutes until tender and brown. Add the onion and the paprika and stir-fry for another 3 minutes. Add the sauce and the pineapple and bring to the boil while stirring. Put the lid on the pan and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the rice over the 4 plates and add the sweet and sour meat mixture.
