Vegetable stew with saté schnitzel


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, zucchini, winter carrot, maize kernels (300 g), satay schnitzels (bowl of 2 pieces), (olive) oil and mashed potatoes for stew (224 g).

Directions

  1. Clean zucchini and carrot and cut into cubes.
  2. Drain the corn.
  3. Prepare cutlets according to instructions.
  4. Heat half of oil in frying pan and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Heat residual oil in other frying pan and fry zucchini for 3 minutes.
  6. Make mashed potatoes according to instructions.
  7. Puree in 3 portions.
  8. Carrot cubes by first serving, zucchini by second and corn by third.
  9. Stir in the cornstarch.
  10. Season with salt and pepper.
  11. Roll 3 different rolls of roll stew on each plate with ice-cream tongs.
  12. Serve with schnitzels..
