Mezzelune with zucchini and crispy ham
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, courgettes, mezzelune giganti (with ricotta and spinach (fresh pasta, a 250 g)), chicken broth tablet, fresh basil (a 15 g), parma ham (75 g), garlic, olive oil and cooking cream ( light (vial of 250 ml)).

Clean the courgettes and grate them on a large grater.

Cook pasta in plenty of boiling water with crumbled bouillon tablet according to directions on packaging.
