Noodles with minced meat and vegetables
Beef stir-fry with boemboe for bami goreng, with carrot, red pepper, onion, mushrooms and fine noodles.

Cut the onion into thin half rings. Cut the pepper into thin rings. Cut the winter carrot into small cubes (brunoise).

Rub the mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into slices.

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Heat the oil in a stir frying pan the beef stirrer in 4 minutes.

Add the Bumbu spice and cook for 2 minutes. Add the onion, pepper, carrot and mushrooms and stir fry on high heat 4 min.

Drain the noodles and distribute them over the bowls. Spoon the vegetable-minced mixture and sprinkle with the peanuts.
