A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, basmati rice (pack 400 g), butter, beef finches, onion (chopped), farmers soup vegetables (350 g), tomato cubes (400 g) and Trappist beer double (a 0.33 l).

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat the butter in a frying pan and brown the meat.
  3. Remove the meat from the pan and fry the onion and vegetables in the frying fat.
  4. Cut the meat into slices.
  5. Put the slices back in the pan and add the tomato cubes.
  6. Pour the beer carefully.
  7. Bring to boil.
  8. Turn down the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
