Stir-fried snow peas with pineapple


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: brown rice, snow peas (a 200 g), red pepper, pineapple pieces (on juice (227 g)), (rice) oil, sambal badjak and peanut mix (with pistachios (a 190 g tray)).

Directions

  1. Prepare rice according to directions on packaging.
  2. Cut tips of snow peas.
  3. Clean pepper and cut into strips.
  4. Drain pineapple and collect juice.
  5. Oil in wok heating.
  6. Add pepper and snow peas and stir-fry about 3 minutes on high heat.
  7. Meanwhile, stir up sambal with 4 tsp pineapple juice.
  8. Add pineapple and juice mixture and let everything simmer for 1-2 minutes until vegetables are al dente.
  9. Create rice on 4 plates.
  10. Distribute vegetables and sprinkle with peanut mix..
