Gnocchi with sprouts and bacon
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, sprouts (500 g), gnocchi di patate (500 g), olive oil, lean bacon strips (a 250 g), onions (chopped) and Grana Padano (or old cheese).

Clean sprouts and halve large ones.

Boil in a little water with salt sprouts in 10 minutes.

Allow sprouts in colander to drain well.

Gnocchi cook according to instructions on the packaging.

Heat oil in frying pan and fry bacon strips in 3 min.

Add onion and fry for 3 minutes.

Sprout the sprouts and gnocchi with bacon mixture and fry for another 2 minutes.

With cheese slicer, coarse curls of cheese planing.

Season the taste with salt and pepper.

Spread Gnocchi over four plates and sprinkle with cheese curls..
