Spinach oil
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, spinach part cubes (frozen), eggs (M), salt, (freshly ground) black pepper, oil, bean sprouts, duobakje ham strips (about 250 g) and sweet soy sauce.

(Sprinkle spinach in sieve in approx.

2 1/2 hours in advance).

Beat eggs with spinach, salt and pepper.

Preheat four plates.

Fry 1 tablespoon of oil in frying pan.

Pour 1/4 part of egg mixture into pan and let it coagulate on low heat.

If the bottom is solidified, turn omelette and let other side solidify.

Let omelette slide on preheated plate.

Heat 1/2 tablespoon of oil in the same pan and fry 3 more omelettes in the same way.

In the meantime, heat residual oil in other frying pan and bake bean sprouts and ham strips for approx.

2 minutes.

Season with ketjapmarinadeen pepper.

Put the taugé on half of the omelettes and double the omelettes.

Serve with baked potatoes or baguette..
