Gnocchi with walnut bacon sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, gnocchi di patate (potato pasta balls, 500 g), courgettes, margarine, peeled walnuts, fresh parsley, thin bacon strips (250 g) and cooking cream (250 ml).

Cook Gnocchi according to the instructions for use.

Clean the courgettes and cut them into pieces.

Warm in margarine pan.

Zucchini 3 min.

Soft baking.

With lid on pan of courgettes in 8 min.

Chop minced walnuts.

Parsley finely cut.
-
Fry bacon strips in 5 min.

Crispy baking.
-
Boil the cream, walnuts and most of the parsley with bacon strips and heat them gently.

Distribute Gnocchi over four boards.

Make walnuts sauce and garnish with the rest of the parsley.
