Directions

  1. Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Mix the mince with the onion, the garlic and the egg. Season with salt and pepper and make 4 balls. Press them flat into a hefty hamburger.
  2. Divide the oil over 2 frying pans and fry in one pan the potato slices in 15 min. Golden brown. Times regularly. In the other pan, fry the burgers for 15 minutes on medium heat. Times regularly. Meanwhile, divide the broccoli into florets.
  3. Bring a pot of water to the boil and cook the broccoli florets in 6 minutes until al dente. In the meantime, cut the parsley fine. Divide the hamburgers, potato slices and broccoli over 4 plates and sprinkle with parsley.
