Belgian fondue with beer and abbey cheese


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: garlic, cornstarch, white beer (33 cl), abbey cheese (eg pere joseph), grated cheese and mustard.

Directions

  1. Halder garlic and rub inside of fondue pan.
  2. Maizena roasting in 4 cubits of beer.
  3. Pour the rest of the beer in a pan and bring to the boil.
  4. Remove the abbey cheese and cut it into tiny blocks.
  5. Turn down the heat and stir both cheeses in portions with a wooden spoon by warm beer until all the cheese has melted.
  6. Stir in the maize porridge and spring onions and mix for 2-3 min.
  7. Until the fondue is well bonded.
  8. Season with mustard and pepper.
  9. Put cheese fondue pan on the table on the table..
