Belgian fondue with beer and abbey cheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: garlic, cornstarch, white beer (33 cl), abbey cheese (eg pere joseph), grated cheese and mustard.

Halder garlic and rub inside of fondue pan.

Maizena roasting in 4 cubits of beer.

Pour the rest of the beer in a pan and bring to the boil.

Remove the abbey cheese and cut it into tiny blocks.

Turn down the heat and stir both cheeses in portions with a wooden spoon by warm beer until all the cheese has melted.

Stir in the maize porridge and spring onions and mix for 2-3 min.

Until the fondue is well bonded.

Season with mustard and pepper.
