Chicken fillet with spicy olives
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, potatoes (solid, scrubbed), onions (in parts), olive oil, tomatoes (halved), chicken fillets (about 345 g), olives (spicy (150 g and fresh department)).

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Cut the unpeeled potatoes into pieces.

Spoon the potatoes on a griddle covered with parchment paper with the onion and 2 tbsp oil. Sprinkle with (sea) salt to taste. Roast the potatoes with onion in 40-45 min. Golden brown and done. After 20 minutes, put the tomato in between.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan. Fry the chicken fillets in brown and cooked until 6-8 minutes. Add the olives and pepper and salt to taste and cook for another 2 minutes.

Divide the potatoes with onion and tomato and the chicken fillets over 4 plates.
