Roasted italian sausages and vegetables


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, solid potatoes ((kilo's), scrubbed), onions, zucchini (in half slices of 1 cm), olive oil, sea salt (coarse (500 g)), Tuscan sausages ((dish) 6 pieces)) and rocket (75 g).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Line the oven baking tray with the baking paper. Cut the unpeeled potatoes into pieces. Peel the onions and cut them into wedges by the roots. Spoon the potatoes, the onions and the zucchini with the oil in a wide bowl. Spread over the baking sheet and sprinkle with the sea salt.
  2. Put the griddle in the middle of the oven and roast the potatoes with the vegetables for 20 min. Scoop and put the sausages between them. Roast in a further 15-20 min. Until golden brown and done.
  3. Divide the sausages over 4 plates. Spoon the arugula through the potatoes with vegetables and add.
