Stewed chicken with cinnamon and prunes

Cut the onion and the chicken fillet into large pieces. Dab the chicken breast pieces dry and fry them together with the onions in the oil in a frying pan.

Add the cinnamon and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Pour in 300 ml of water and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the prunes after 10 minutes.

Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the packaging and fry briefly in the oil. Cut the broccoli (florets and stems) fine.

Bring plenty of water to the boil and cook the broccoli for 3 minutes, leaving to drain in a sieve.

Cut half of the parsley and scoop with the broccoli through the couscous. Slice the rest of the parsley and sprinkle over the dish.

Serve the stewed chicken with the broccoli couscous.
