Mashed potatoes with cheddar, cauliflower and vegetable balls

Halve the cauliflower florets and cook for 3 minutes. Drain and let drain well.

Meanwhile, halve the tomatoes and store 3 tbsp oil from the pot, the capers are not used.

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and fry the vegetable balls in 5 min. On medium heat around golden brown.

In the meantime, heat the mashed potatoes in the microwave according to the instructions on the package. Mix the cauliflower with the tomato and rocket.

Mix the rest of the collected oil, cheddar and onions through the puree. Divide with the vegetables and balls over the plates.
