Preistamppot with smoked sausage
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, smoked sausages (fine, a 250 g), potatoes (floury), butter or margarine, bacon, ready-to-eat leeks (300 g), sun-dried tomatoes in oil (jar, 180 g) and salt and pepper .

Sausages work according to instructions.

Peel potatoes, wash and cook until about 20 minutes.

Fry 2 tablespoons of butter in frying pan and cook crispy bacon.

Remove bacon from pan and cut into strips.

Heat butter in the same pan and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.

Dried tomatoes cut into strips.

Drain potatoes and collect cooking liquid.

Poor potatoes and add so much cooking liquid that smooth puree is created.

Mix puree with leek, bacon and tomato.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with sausage.
