Noodles with beef strips and spinach


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, red pepper, onions, garlic, sunflower oil, beef strips, soft noodles (300 g), spinach (a 300 g), sweet soy sauce and atjar tjampoer.

Directions

  1. Clean pepper, remove seeds and cut pepper into small strips.
  2. Peel and chop onions and garlic.
  3. Heat in wok oil and stir fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Add onion, half of pepper and garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Add noodles and stir-fry for 1 min.
  6. Add spinach and sweet soy marinade and shake for 3 minutes on high heat.
  7. Sprinkle with leftover pepper.
  8. Serve with atjar tjampoer..
