Chicken in mustard cream sauce with broccoli
Chicken with onion, mushrooms and broccoli in mustard sauce.

Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, chop the onion and slice the mushrooms into slices. Dab the chicken breast cubes dry with kitchen paper.

Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the chicken while you're browning. Add the onion and stir-fry 1 min. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry 3 min.

Add the mustard, the cream and the water, cover the pan and fry the chicken for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the broccoli into florets and the stalk into cubes. Bring water to a boil and cook the broccoli for 8 minutes until done.

Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packaging, drain and pour the oil through.

Divide the tagliatelle over the plates, spoon the broccoli and chicken into mustard cream sauce.
