Ham stalks with artichoke salad
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, iceberg lettuce, grano padano (cheese, approx. 200 g), honey, balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil (gran fruttato, bottle of 500 ml), artichoke hearts (400 g), raw ham, thinly sliced (about 100 g) and breadsticks (wholegrain (125 g)).
