Kale stew with paprika and smoked sausage

Cook the potatoes with salt covered about 10 minutes. Divide the kale over the potatoes and boil everything in about 15 minutes until done.

In the meantime, heat the baking product in a frying pan and fry the onion for about 3 minutes.

Add the garlic and paprika and fry at half-stand for 4-5 minutes.

Add the tomato paste and cook for about 1 more minute. Add 450 ml of water and stir in the sugar. Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes to a thick sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

In the meantime, heat the sausage according to the instructions on the package.

Drain the potatoes and kale and mix them up. Add enough milk to create a smooth stew.

Divide the stew over warm plates and spread the pepper sauce over it. Serve the sausage on the stew.
