Spanish fish pan with lentils
Spanish fish pan with chorizo, pepper, tomato, lentils, cod fillet and parsley.
Cut the chorizo into small pieces.
Heat a skillet and fry the chorizo in about 2 minutes.
Chop the onion.
Add the onion to the chorizo and cook for 1 min.
Cut the pepper into strips.
Add the bell pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
Mix the tomatoes through.
Drain the lentils and rinse them. Add them and bring to the boil.
Cut the thawed cod into pieces and put them in the pan. Stew the fish with the lid on the pan in 10 min. Until done.
Slice the parsley.
Season the fish pan with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the parsley.
