Pan with celery and sausages


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, Tuscan (bratwurst (6 pieces, 300 g)), celery (600 g), olive oil, baby potatoes (700 g), onions (in parts), sugo (basil pasta sauce (390 ml)) and Dutch (goat's cheese grinded (bag of 150 g)).

Directions

  1. Put the sausages on with cold water and bring to the boil. Cut the celery into pieces of 2-3 cm. Cut the pale celery green finely and keep separate. Remove the sausages with a slotted spoon and pat dry with kitchen paper. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages around brown in 3 min. Add the potatoes and cook for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pieces of celery in the boiling water of the sausages 10 minutes. Drain and drain.
  2. Add the celery sticks and the onions to the sausages and the potatoes and stir-fry 3 minutes. Stir in the sugo pasta sauce and bring to the boil. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in the celery green. Sprinkle the ground goat cheese to taste.
