Directions

  1. Squeeze out the lemon. Mix the lemon juice with the water. Slice the garlic.
  2. Slice the leaves of the coriander and parsley, add them with the paprika, cumin, sambal, garlic and oil to the juice.
  3. Spread the marinade over it and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.
