DIY doner with chicken
Döner kebab of chicken and shoarma herbs with red onion and paprika from the oven on Turkish bread, served with garlic sauce.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.

Cut each chicken fillet horizontally lengthwise into 3 thin slices and place in a bowl.

Add the shawarma spices and the oil and mix.

Halve the large onion. Put 1 half down with the cutting edge and push the large tapas stick in the middle. Cut the other half into rings.
