Ribbon paste with pumpkin
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pumpkin (diced), zucchini (diced), chestnut mushrooms, dried Italian culinary herbs, olive oil with garlic flavored chilli, pappardelle (chilled pasta, 250 g), grilled ham, cheese ((lean 20) and grated).

Preheat the oven grill.

Fry pumpkin, zucchini, mushrooms and Italian herbs in a roasting tin.

Pour chilli oil and salt over it.

Slide the frying pan 15 cm under the hot grill and toast vegetables for 15 minutes, shaking regularly.

Meanwhile, cook pappardelle al dente according to instructions on packaging.

Cut the ham into broad strips and create vegetables.
-
Whole in another 5 minutes brown and cooked toasting.

Drain Pappardelle and divide it into four plates.
