Cauliflower with mustard vinaigrette
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, cauliflower (in florets), brown rice, mustard, shallot (finely chopped), white wine vinegar, sunflower oil and pork fillets à la minute (300 g).

Boil the cauliflower in water with a little salt in 5 minutes until al dente. Drain. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Mix the mustard in a bowl with the shallot and the vinegar. Beat 4 tbsp oil. Season the vinaigrette with pepper and salt. Add the cauliflower and mix well.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the fillet strips for 3 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the cauliflower with the rice and the fillet steaks.
