Roasted salmon fillet with mustard
A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, ground turmeric (koenjit), salt, olive oil (extra virgin), salmon fillets (approx. 125 g), red peppers, cayenne pepper, ground cumin (djinten), oregano and ground mustard seeds.

In cup 1 teaspoon corkema, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon of oil stirring together.

Cover salmon fillets and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Clean and chop red peppers.

Arrange the salmon fillets in a baking dish, slide them about 15 cm under the hot grill and roast them for about 5 minutes.

In other cup, mix the rest of cork, cayenne, cumin and oregano with 2 tablespoons of water.

Fry 2 tablespoons of olive oil in frying pan, stir in the herb paste and bake for a few seconds until it smells.

Pour in red pepper and fry with it.

Mix mustard seeds and 1/2 dl of water.

Mix over salmon fillets and heat fillets under grill for approx.

2 minutes.

Serve with basmati rice and raita..
