Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the suit.

Heat the olive oil in a stirring stir fry the Italian vegetables for 3-4 minutes.

Add 100 ml of water and stir in the pasta sauce and the halved apricots.

Heat the sauce gently for another 6-8 minutes.

Put the couscous on plates and spoon the vegetable sauce over it.
