Meatloaf with banana
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potato slices (700 g), onion, green peppers, butter or margarine, half-to-half mince (about 400 g), mix for minced meat dish (58 g), bananas and crushed old cheese (bag a 150 g).

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Potato slices cook according to instructions.

Peel and chop onions.

Peppers wash, clean and cut into pieces.

Heat butter in frying pan and mince.

Add onion and paprika and fry approx.

5 minutes.

Add the chopped mix and 0.35 liters of water, simmer for approx.

2 minutes.

Bananas and cut into slices.
-
Mince the meat mixture in the baking dish.

Spread slices of banana over it.
-
Cover with potato slices and sprinkle with cheese.

Grill gratin golden brown in approx.

5 minutes under grill..
