Let the cod thaw. Slice the garlic.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 30 seconds. Add the wok vegetable and turn the heat high. Bake for 2 minutes.

Add the wine, tomato sauce and Provençal herbs and bring to the boil.

Cut the fish into pieces. Turn down the heat and place the fish in the sauce. Cook covered in 6 min. Until done.

Season with pepper and salt. Serve the fish stew with the baguette.
