Penne with goat's cheese
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: penne rigate (pasta), pine nuts (a 65 g), soft goat cheese (without crust), dry white wine, shallots (chopped), whipped cream, fresh mint ((15 g) and leaves torn) .
Cook the penne al dente according to the instructions on the package.
Roast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan until light brown and let them cool on a plate.
Crumble the soft goat's cheese.
Bring the wine with the chopped shallots to a boil in a large pan and reduce the heat to half of the heat on high heat.
Pour in the cream and heat the sauce for another 2-3 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and scoop half of the goat's cheese and fresh mint through the sauce.
Spoon the penne through the mint sauce and spread the dish over four warm, deep plates.
Mix the remaining goat's cheese and fresh mint with the pine nuts and sprinkle over the pasta..
