Mediterranean kale mush
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, slightly crumbly potatoes, Catalan bratwurst (300 g), olive oil, dried rosemary, kale (450 g, frozen), cannellini beans ((400 g), drained), sundried tomatoes ((jar 295 g) and in strips).

Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Boil them in water with salt in 20 minutes until done.

Remove the skin from the sausage. Heat the oil and fry the sausage meat together with the rosemary in 5 minutes, push the meat into small pieces with a spatula during baking. Heat the frozen kale in a pan and add the beans when the kale is defrosted and warm.

Drain the potatoes and crush them with the puree rammer. Mix in the kale and beans. Stir in the tomatoes and sausage. Season with salt and pepper.
