Noodles with turkey, asian vegetables and peanut dressing

Clean the garlic and cut finely. Peel and grate the ginger.

Halve the lime and squeeze out a half fruit. Cut the other half into 4 parts.

Mix the peanut butter with the ginger, 1 tbsp lime juice, the soy sauce and the oil into a dressing.

Put the oil in the frying pan or stir fry the Asian wok vegetables with the remainder of the soy sauce 2 min. On high heat. Put in a large bowl.

Heat the rest of the oil in the wok and fry the garlic and turkey cubes on a high heat for 4 minutes until golden brown.

Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to the boil. When the water boils, add the noodles and possibly salt and boil for 4 minutes until done.

Drain in a colander and rinse under cold running water. Mix with the vegetables and dressing. Divide the noodles over the plates.

Spoon the turkey and drizzle with the sesame oil. Garnish with the lime wedges.
