Mexican cod dish
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, onions, zucchini, cod fillet (a 245 g), butter or margarine, vegetable dish Mexican (620 g), Mexican seasonings mix (sprinkle of 100 g), tortilla chips (150 g) and ground mature cheese (bag of 150 g).

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Peel and chop onions.

Zucchini wash and cut into pieces.

Cut cod in pieces.

Heat butter in a frying pan.

Sprinkle onions and zucchini for about 2 minutes.

Bake fish for about 3 minutes.

Add vegetable dish and co-heat.
-
Season with seasoning mix.

Break half of chips.
-
Repeat the vegetable mixture in a baking dish.

Dust with broken chips.

Sprinkle with cheese and brown under grill.

Serve with the rest of the chips..
