Picadillo burger with grilled peppers

Cut the leaves of coriander finely and mix half of them with minced meat, picadillo, pepper and salt.

Form 4 balls of them with damp hands and push them flat to civilians.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers in 10 min. Over medium heat. Turn halfway.

Meanwhile, halve the sandwiches.

Remove the leaves from the lettuce, wash and dry them.

Drain the peppers, cut half in strips and the other half into pieces. Cut the spring onion into rings.

Cover the bottom of the buns with a salad leaf and the strips of bell pepper.

Mix the rest of the salad in a bowl with the pieces of paprika, the rest of the coriander, the spring onion and salad dressing.

Put the burgers on the buns, scoop up the tomato salad and cover with the tops of the buns.

Serve with the lettuce and the rest of the tomato salad.
