A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, dough for savory tarts (frozen, package of a 450 g), onions, olive oil, Gelderse smoked sausage (350 g), eggs, milk and ground cheese (bag of 150 g).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
  2. Thaw the dough according to the operating instructions.
  3. Peel onions and cut into rings.
  4. Fry in frying pan in oil for 10 minutes.
  5. Cut smoked sausage into slices.
  6. Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
  7. Fill the coated mold with dough.
  8. Divide onion over soil.
  9. Divide the sausage and pour egg mixture over the pie.
  10. Dust the cake with cheese and cook until golden brown in the middle of the oven for about 35 minutes.
  11. Delicious with cucumber salad..
