Noodles with chicken coconut sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken breast (380 g), oil, noodles (250 g), onions (in parts), winter carrots ((250 g), in strips), cucumber (in strips), coconut milk (200 ml ) and salted peanuts (coarsely chopped).

Dab the chicken breasts dry with kitchen paper. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a stir frying pan the chicken breasts around golden brown and done according to the instructions on the package. In the meantime, cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging.

Remove the chicken fillets from the wok. Spoon the onions and the winter carrot into the shortening and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add the cucumber and the coconut milk and bring to the boil. Cut the chicken fillets into slices and add. Stay warm for a while.

Spoon the noodles with 1 tbsp oil and spread over 4 deep plates. Spoon the chicken-coconut sauce on it, sprinkle the peanuts over it.
