Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  2. Place the slices of puff pastry side by side on the baking sheet and press the edges together.
  3. Spread the puff pastry with the crème fraiche and spread the onion and bacon over it. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and fry the plate cake in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown and done.
  4. In the meantime, beat a vinaigrette of mustard, vinegar and oil. Mix the lamb's lettuce with the carrot and drizzle with the vinaigrette.
  5. Serve the flammkuchen with the salad.
