Directions

  1. Let the pork slices reach room temperature.
  2. Cut the onion into wedges.
  3. Cut the cucumber into cubes of 3 cm thick.
  4. Cut the pepper into cubes of 3 cm.
  5. Pour the moisture from the pineapple into a bowl and add tomato paste, sambal, caster sugar and vinegar.
  6. Beat everything into a sauce.
  7. Heat a wokkentot hot.
  8. Add the oil and let it become hot while turning.
  9. Stir fry the pork strips on high heat in 3-4 minutes until tender and brown.
  10. Put them on a plate.
  11. Stir fry the pineapple, onion, cucumber and paprika for 2-3 minutes in the shortening.
  12. Stir in the sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.
  13. Finally, put the pork strips through and warm everything for a while.
  14. Serve the pork strips together with sweet and sour sauce.
  15. Tasty with some broccoli florets.
  16. Menu suggestion For: classic beef tail soup with a dash of sherry or madeira and breadsticks.
  17. After: chocolate mousse with whipped cream and a tuft of mint.
