Pork strips with pineapple

Let the pork slices reach room temperature.

Cut the onion into wedges.

Cut the cucumber into cubes of 3 cm thick.

Cut the pepper into cubes of 3 cm.

Pour the moisture from the pineapple into a bowl and add tomato paste, sambal, caster sugar and vinegar.

Beat everything into a sauce.

Heat a wokkentot hot.

Add the oil and let it become hot while turning.

Stir fry the pork strips on high heat in 3-4 minutes until tender and brown.

Put them on a plate.

Stir fry the pineapple, onion, cucumber and paprika for 2-3 minutes in the shortening.

Stir in the sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.

Finally, put the pork strips through and warm everything for a while.

Serve the pork strips together with sweet and sour sauce.

Tasty with some broccoli florets.
