Vegetarian fillet with Greek sauce
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: lemon, fresh coriander, garlic, (olive) oil, potato slices, Tivall grilled fillet (a 150 g), Greek yoghurt (a 500 g), curry powder, vinegar and Greek salad (with white cheese ( a 175 g)).

Squeeze out the lemon.

Chop coriander, keep 4 branches.

Expel garlic.

Heat 3 t of oil in frying pan.

Potato slices 10 min.

Baking, of which first 5 min.

With lid.

Heat 3 t of oil in another frying pan.

Tivall for 5-6 minutes on medium heat.

Stir in 1 tbsp lemon juice, coriander, yogurt, garlic and curry powder.

Stir in leftover oil, vinegar, salt and pepper dressing.

Dressing by mixing Greek salad.

Divide the potato slices and Tivall into 4 plates.

Place salad with dressing next to it.

Spread yogurt sauce over fillet.

Garnish with sprigs of coriander..
