Summer chilli with seafood
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, onions (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), ground cumin (djinten), paprika, chilli powder, grilled peppers (red (295 g), drained), white beans in tomato sauce (840 g) ), mixed seafood ((500 g, frozen), thawed), coriander ((15 g) and only the leaves).

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic with the cumin, the paprika powder and chilli powder for about 5 minutes on low heat.

Meanwhile cut the peppers into pieces. Add together with the beans with tomato sauce and the seafood. Heat for about 5 minutes or until the seafood is tender. In the meantime, cut the coriander roughly. Sprinkle over the chili before serving. Tasty with rice.
